      Fancy office, work flexibility that's it..there is no other thing which can be considered as pros*

      Worst Leadership, highly controlled by the CTO..too many re-org, sudden layoff , no salary increment and there is no fair or transparent policy related to your career growth...The CTO single handedly destroyed and created a message in the org.
