Pros

It is a good company with an attractive business and product. Generally good benefits and average pay, depending on role. Really nice corporate campus in Seattle.

Cons

Leadership is not always transparent, although there have been positive changes from senior management in the past couple of years. The company can be very hierarchical and political organization, depending which team you end up in.
