Pros
The company provides clear direction on how things should be done and tools you need to achieve your target. The compensation and welfare are great for people who want to have kids or already have kids. It's a comfortable company.
Cons
You will be told or asked to do things in their way. Aligned execution and direction are good. But it's not as good as ideas that would have been input with local market needs or knowledge. The product innovation comes in slow and not so locally relevant.
