Pros

The benefits are fantastic, from some vacation reimbursement to 401k matching to the health insurance and generous vacation days. Having this company on your resume is a big plus.

Cons

Divergent and often-changing priorities without explanation is a regular and frustrating occurrence. Expect to work long hours if you want to be noticed.

Pros

Fun work environment, good people to work with, challenging work, great vacation time, great travel benefits, good leadership and management

Cons

Right now, work-life balance is a bit challenging, however we're in a very busy time, so this is understandable. Management works a lot, so this trickles down to all employees and that balance can be a challenge.
