Pros

- Amazing work culture - Fun people who actually care about your growth, excellent coach/feedback givers - There is less competition than there is team work, and people are eager to hear your input and feedback to implement to projects and daily work tasks.

Cons

- The initial training is a lot of information at once in a short amount of time, however it doesn't feel like the information is really that applicable once you actually start working. You end up having to learn how to use all the tools we use to do our jobs, which is also A LOT. - Tend to be surrounded by people who work way more than 8 hours a day, and end up feeling the need to stay later than what is required (Specifically in Tokyo)
