Pros

Bringing together 2 fun areas to work in: Internet and travel words! Travel is an interesting sector, with fierce competition, big players and new comers. It makes my job at Expedia very interesting :) The company itself as a rather good culture, internal opportunities, and work freedom.

Cons

For me the weakest point at Expedia would be the HR, which someone I even wonder if they exist. But that just means that employees have to take care of themselves from training to career. But that works for me. Then the company can sometimes be a bit to slow to move, people not always dare trying and testing new things.
