Pros

Flexible hours and travel discounts, the industry is very dynamic and there is always something new going on or a crisis somewhere that impacts your work - this makes it interesting and challenging.

Cons

ridiculous things you have to say, AHT not measured appropriately for flight calls, content on website is often inadequate or incorrect

Pros

Decent starting salary, good training (although the class is two weeks and could be about 2 months instead), smart coworkers.

Cons

The job isn't very 'hard' , but it is stressful and people yelling at you isn't very much fun. Advancement is easier than it should be, but not past the basic level.

Pros

The people are in general good to work with, I seldom come across people who are very difficult to work with.

Cons

Benefits have been trimming back over the years. Work environments are being trimmed back by the year. We joked that we may have double decker workstation when workstation reconfiguration takes place next time.
