Pros

Good company to start working; Nice benefits (big plus having Canadian Medical) The wage is ok as well but Expedia could give a raise to more or less keep up with the inflation; No micromanagement, you do have KPI's but I never had anyone after me about them, just do your work your way and keep the KPI's and you'll be fine.

Cons

Too much nepotism in the company, No one listens to the teams handling with the direct customer about how to improve our service, Their cutting costs everywhere and a lot of teams are starting to be outsourced. A lot of stories about sexual harassment and also some that I've seen.

Pros

Good money and benfits from the company. Also international work environment.

Cons

The sales department is extremely toxic and controlling. There’s a lot of micro management.

Pros

International environment, diverse workplace, helpful and nice colleagues, good place for fresh graduates.

Cons

Poor salary that does not match inflation, No career growth, Micromanagement done by incompetent people, Too many incompetent people in middle & upper management, 100% under surveillance while working, Endless useless meetings Weekly basis technical issues with the tools we use and are measured, Lack of empathy, Colleagues get mental break downs and end up on sick leave, If you don't agree and follow constant changes made by upper management you will be fired (get 2 months compensation, as per the Czech law but you will be asked to leave from one day to the other), No career path, During interview they will portray this as the best company with a clear career path - I and many more got fooled!
