Pros

Benefits - but even this wont make you stay. Glassdoor wants me to key 20 words.... Cant think of any other pros

Cons

-company lied about my job title so be careful -low low pay -company culture is so uptight. Very corporate and you are just a number. Business attire to look professional. I can understand if you meet clients but if you just sit at your desk all day what is the point? Work more professional instead. Very robotic environment and obsolete processes. No creativity in here. Negative vibe in the office with lack of natural light which makes the place look sad and employees look unhappy. -no employee perks. -Managers have a lot of ego here. Please you are not like doctors who saves lives!!! -was told the job doesnt allow me to take my 2 breaks because of hourly deadline. -you will be trained by a 20 something yr old who thinks he/she is better and smarter than someone who actually have more experience. Please... -employees may look sharp but basically surfing the internet most of the time. Dont feel bad if you did not get a job with this company. Call yourself blessed and fortunate instead. Did not regret leaving this company. they dont have layoffs because people dont stay long anyways.

Pros

The company tries very hard to promote a positive corporate culture throughout the company by things like employee appreciation day and team outings. Also the company is a very large international firm which gives you exposure to working for a large corporation and other opportunities to pursue. The benefit package is pretty good compared to some competitors.

Cons

If you studied logistics or supply chain and have these grand ideas of practicing what you learned with a big picture outlook of the supply chain as a whole, you are sadly mistaken. You will sit in a cube doing mundane, monotonous, mindless work that leaves you utterly unsatisfied. You will work long hours without moving, mostly rework fixing something somebody else messed up. Any competent employee stays here a maximum of a year or two then moves on to something far better. Aside from all of this the pay is terrible.

Pros

-Free bus pass and no monthly health premiums -$0.50 match for 401k (but not a huge match amount in total) -40 hours a week only and stable

Cons

-Strict dress code (slacks and tie everyday including FRI) -Slow growing management structure. -Non approachable upper management (40+ year old males) who thinks you're stupid for asking questions -12-20% lower in salary compared to industry standard -Old fashioned on technology and cheap to employees. (No higher-end coffee for free nor snacks)
