Great end of year parties and employee recognition party. I have to say, oh! how I miss those fun parties. Some branches are really great, I worked for the PHX branch and I have nothing but positive to say about them. My below negative comments go towards other branches and you need to be careful where you're going because it could be really awful. Great health insurance. You're able to report someone if you believe they're not following the company procedures and culture, and management outside your branch may actually listen to you. The only problem with that, is that you really will burn a lot of bridges before you leave the company, and it will be a lot of hassle.
