Let’s see where do I begin finally can get a true and honest review. This place is stuck in the 80’s. The policies are so outdated and clueless on how HR really works. Trainers out the gate telling you their life story and indicating your hard earn degree doesn’t mean anything at this place. This place seek out HS students and make the believe this company is an end to all jobs and there is nothing better. People are in management positions that don’t belong that have ZERO experience on managing but because of clicks some how are able to secure positions. HR gets involved in operational work and dictates what your job titles should really but is absolutely clueless on how business truly operates. Craving out roles that make no sense to secure employees jobs but causing havoc by doing so. Performance reviews and salaries are a joke. Don’t expect to get pay raises for your over and beyond work it won’t be recognized as “good enough” to be considered exceeding expectations. Interim managers in place for months with no direction and no experience expected to lead teams that are already running. There is absolutely NO diversity in management at all so please do not come here looking for someone that looks like you in those roles. There is so much and I could go on and on. If you value having an opinion, want to be heard without adults taking everything personal and want to make you work meaningful to the business this IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! Culture and work environment is toxic.

Good old boys club and extreme nepotism through all branches. Controlling and micromanaging environment. Pay is lower than every other company in the industry.
