Pros

Stable job, decent health benefits

Cons

Large gender pay gap, VERY FRUGAL, will not assist for education, very conservative organization (ties, formal dress attire daily without exception), certain departments are allowed Compressed Work Week - others are not offered that perk, below fair market pay, tons of meetings - hard to get work done, lack of communication, rarely fire employees -meaning you will run into the occasional employee sleeping on their desk.

Stop the nepotism

Pros

Good people that work as desk agents, most people work hard. Younger managers try hard to keep you motivated. Branch Management is great and if you like to keep busy and work hard there plenty of work to do. Very ethically company that people respect.

Cons

Outdated uptight dress code, little room to advance, gag worthy nepotism with insane amount of undeserving useless drift wood that know people and got high paid gigs

Pros

401(K) health care ($500 deductible, $0 copay)

Cons

probably one of the strictest company to work for. Dress code for men requires a tie. Until a couple of years ago pantyhose were required for women. PANTYHOSE. There is red tape everywhere. You can't eat at your desk, you can't listen to music at your desk, you can't wear open toed shoes, etc. Because they're so big on internal promotions, you'll only get ahead if you get favored by the senior level execs Pay will be at the bottom 25th percentile of your market
