      Maturity leave policy need updating. Give women their dues and let them stay home longer then the federal required minimum.

      Pros

      Between 2005 and 2013 I worked at two different branches in the US. I can honestly say that without the time I spent with this company, I would not be where I am today. I came into the industry with no knowledge, and left Expeditors with a very good grasp on the logistics industry. If not for that opportunity, I would not have advance in my logistics career elsewhere. EI experience looks great on a resume if staying in the industry

      I have witnessed EXTREMELY poor management skills, that were conveyed under the guise of "mentorship". I worked in a very hostile and degrading work environment for almost 3 three years before I finally left the company. Employees are paid the absolute minimum for their work, unless they belong to the good 'ol boys club. "No lay-offs" means that if they want you out, they will force you to quit. No work/life balance for operations staff. Nepotism is rampant No HR department to field employee concerns/complaints
