The only pros for this job was the job experience. The benefits do not out weigh the lack of pay.

Cons

The management team will try to sell you the company. When you have to sell a job to someone, it's not that good of a job. It's really lame.

Pros

Great benefits, you don't pay any premiums. Small Christmas bonus. Everyone that works there is very nice and friendly. Great opportunity for career growth with VERY hard work.

Cons

Low salary, Expected to work a lot of over time, high turn-over rate, raises are RARELY given and when they are it is very minimal. Taking a 10 minute break is frowned upon.
