Pros

The benefits are great, pay is fine, very nice/smart people to work with. IT issues are solved very quickly.

Cons

Things are constantly changing just when you might feel comfortable that you know what you're doing. Workloads can be quite ridiculous. They expect you to always have a "can do" attitude, which is generally a good thing, but I think they ask too much of people. It is almost like a cult sometimes, and that is wrong.
