      They allow travel and pay relocations

      Cons

      They tell you to fit into their company culture like it was some sort of dogma. Would not recommend this to anyone who is a free thinker. Robots would work well here.

      Expeditors provides a lot of structure, intensive training, and ability to learn technical skills. The company is also creating new roles, such as Business Process Analyst, which are great positions to be in. They provide great insight on the company and great technical skills.

      Cons

      Work can get stressful and feel unrewarding at times. Because competition is high, there can be pressure to improve performance when teams are already working at full capacity. Salaries are a bit low
