Expeditors takes great pride in their people which they consider their most valuable asset. Their corporate culture is second to none.

Cons

The work can get very monotonous and its common to work til six or seven at night for all levels.

- great prime time location in downtown seattle - free bus pass - medical package - ESPP - most of the people are great

Cons

- no room for growth - nepotism - too conservative - senior management is unreasonable with personal requests - maternity leave is too short - low balls pay - integrity is not observed here when people play blame games - some mid management micro-manage and could take a management class on how to work with employees - too many rules here, it seems that people have to watch their backs with what they do
