      Pros

      If you are highly motivated and fairly creative opportunities abound. Great benefits, compensation good once into mgmt levels. Not a place for plodding, dead weight is quickly ID'd and cast out.

      Cons

      Certain upper managers: regional / CHQ can be fairly arrogant; out of touch. Seems to be getting ready to wane, but weary of bureaucracy ( overhead ). Long path to big(ger) money.

      Pros

      Expeditors as a whole is an industry leader, and a highly professional and competent organization. It's alumni are dispersed broadly throughout the industry and it is immensely respected by competitors. You can learn alot about international logistics there.

      Cons

      At least at the LA office, unless you are a member of management, it can be a dismal, demeaning place to work. The managers were sadistic and often love to bully employees around. Although as long as performance it maintained, it is doubtful this will change.
