Pros

-Nice coworkers, but don't get too attached, you never know who's getting fired or quitting. I've been here for over 5 years and have had over 7 supervisors and 30+ coworkers in my team or department leave. Feels like there is at least 2 or 3 people leaving per week. I'm just happy to be getting out of this place!

Cons

-No work life balance (I work 60 hours+ per week) -Managers have no proper training going from co-worker to your supervisor -No HR -Retaliation - be careful who you speak to -Pay is way below average and they will purposely give you a bad review so they don't have to give you an increase -Performance review system is a joke

Work life balance is strong.

Cons

Little opportunity for career growth. Obnoxious levels of middle management. Dramatic levels of beauracracy. Refuses to realize that business just doesn't work this way anymore.

- Great team and supervisors/leads - Nice people to work with - Decent benefits - Good starting job Individual work (could be pro or con depending)

Cons

- Bottom of the pay scale spectrum for technical skills - Stuck in a 90’s corporate mindset (dress code, management, ideals) - Have to “buy-in” to the culture there - Old mans club, not the best for younger employees - Cubicles and gossip
