People are great Work/Life Balance is the best

Disconnected Executive Leadership. I felt no empowerment in regards to positive culture changes. Lost many great employees over the years. CEO is in denial of serious company flaw in the IS department. Employee surveys are trending down for the last 3 years but according to "Outside experts" we are doing good. Well not according to your employees & glass door. Also company does not allow work from home. Seems like they are more concerned about people in seats than the work getting done.
