Pros

Experian has a very mature tech stack and emphasizes software development best practices to ensure the product in good quality. It is a great place to establish a strong fundamental of technical skills. Besides, it is also a great chance to improve communication and leadership skills as working in a cross-functional team. HR, managers, and team members are very supportive. They are very friendly willing to help whenever I am facing challenges.

Cons

The project tasks are very challenging. A self-starter that able to pick up new technologies and product domains in a short period is very suitable for this working environment. You will definitely learn a lot. Didn't provide sufficient equipment or financial support for employees to work from home during the pandemic time.
