Experian have a very mature tech stack and emphasize software development best practices to ensure that product is good quality. It is a great place to establish strong fundamental of technical skills. It is a great opportunity to improve communication and leadership skills in a diverse culture working environment, and participate in the project delivery planning. HR, manager and colleagues are very supportive as well.

Cons

Restructuring is quite often in the fast-changing environment, have to be adaptive to changes.
