Flexibility to work remote. Great benefits, such as ESPP, 401k.

Cons

Too much corporate red tape. Automotive department would only use external candidates for higher decision-making roles.

The experience from the first call to onboarding was brilliant. The recruiter was patient, honest, had a reassuring energy. It was a taste why Experian is voted by employees as "one of the world's best workplaces for 2025" . from the first interview, all the way to pay, I am absolutely impressed and blessed
