A system you cannot win against

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

- Great Benefits - Work Remotely - Great base pay with uncapped commission

Cons

- A new system that micromanages you to your core. Many agents feel beat down and unable to win against it. You feel like you're doing well, and then you're told you need to improve because of "metrics" such as how long you are on a call, how long you are working on a quote, etc. They control everything you do down to every minute. - Promises that were not kept about career progression within Experian. - Working weekends. - Some managers care a lot about your wellbeing, others obviously do not.
