      Pros

      Most well oiled machine I have worked for in my career so far. On my first day I had access to everything I needed. Great talent and knowledgeable colleagues to learn from. I feel like I have a lot of room to grow at Experian. Very supportive management, recently became a dad and they have been most understanding.

      Cons

      Really hard think of something.. Team building could be better - but I am only three months into my role. I get on with all very well but would be great to get to know my direct colleagues on a more personal level.

      Pros

      Great work / life balance, pay is competitive for the area, management is both good at what they do, and developmentally strong. Work from home flexibility pre-dated COVID, and a good time-off structure.

      Cons

      I have no real complaints, I've had nothing but good experiences.
