Pros

Outstanding company culture. In my division, they are good about showing people the door if they are slacking or have behavior issues, which is good. Awesome teammates for the most part, and I have the ability to create my own destiny. I am on two very active ERG's, there is a great culture of inclusivity.

Cons

I have no idea what it takes to get promoted to my next level, and a manager who is too busy managing up to help me.

Pros

Norhing I can think of now...

Cons

Huge amount of work thrown down to team with no proper direction on so many things going on. managers are only giving gyan and busy attending outside events and meeting and not paying attention to what their team needs. Full of fights between the old experian people and new people coming from competitor. Not anylonger a healthy place as it use to be... huge amount of resignation with people pushed to leave and if they do not then their life is made difficult.... will not suggest anyone to join experian in india. outside india it could be a good place to work but not here....

Thank you for sharing your experiences. We value all feedback and are also committed to making Experian an exceptional place to work. It is disheartening to read you feel your Experian journey overall is 1 star after 4 years, particularly as this is a contrast to the majority of the experiences described here on Glassdoor and from what I hear and see across the India business. We’re extremely proud of our recent World’s Best Workplaces recognition and are committed to make Experian a truly encouraging and enriching place to work. You haven't mentioned if you have raised your issues internally through the numerous channels and options available, including the Quarterly Focus Group Discussions and 1 - 1 meetings that HR runs with all teams including Operations. I would value the opportunity to turn 1 star into 5 stars, and certainly to address your concerns raised so all Experian team members have an inspiring environment to work together and reach their full potential in a true One Experian way. I’m always available for you or anyone in Experian to discuss matters confidentially and constructively so we solution it together. I’d genuinely like to understand your points of view in more detail and would absolutely encourage you to connect with me directly if you’re open to sharing. – Disha, HR Director India
