You haven't mentioned if you have raised your issues internally through the numerous channels and options available, including the Quarterly Focus Group Discussions and 1 - 1 meetings that HR runs with all teams including Operations. I would value the opportunity to turn 1 star into 5 stars, and certainly to address your concerns raised so all Experian team members have an inspiring environment to work together and reach their full potential in a true One Experian way.
