As a global large enterprise we are constantly evaluating our remuneration and benefits proposition to ensure we're competitve, equitable and recognise performance. This includes extensive internal and external benchmarking and analysis.

Pros

- Good remuneration package - Based in Nottingham which is a nice place to live

Cons

- No work life balance - Strategic aims focussed around cost cutting and quarterly results rather than long term health of the company - Finance team competitive with each other and no feeling of collaboration - Long hour culture - Impossible to make an impact on a personal level as the company is dominated by a number of senior heads very protective of their domains
