As a global enterprise organisation we're proud of the rigour we apply to remuneration; we extensively analyse external market rates and trends to remain equitable and competitive. Only recently Experian was awarded 'Best Company Compensation 2022 (Large Companies)' in the US by Comparably. We made the top 50 (out of 70k US companies)!
