Not a place for the ambitious, slow processes, too much unnecessary bureaucratics. Not many innovative threads going on, mostly maintaining the status quo, in rare chances of having cool work, it's usually outsourced to temporary consultants due to suboptimal long term planning of priorities and "always being in a rush"
