I recommend Experian, not only for its great products, but also for its friendly culture. The flexibility they offer, along with the positive attitude and collaborative atmosphere, allows employees to excel. The last bonus exceeded everyone's expectations, and all employees received a consistent bonus, regardless of their end-of-year review score.

Cons

Sometimes, you can get promoted a bit late, within 2-3 years (especially the junior developers).

wfh relaxed good compensation (at least regarding other local companies) some benefits nice work-life balance

it is not very clear the career path, We need a higher USD change rate, 550 is not enough.
