Pros

If you are happy with a dull, drab path to nowhere and a below average commission plan this is the place to be. Well known Stable $5B company. Great health and benefits Lots of data available to sell

Cons

Horrendous compensation plan. Get an attorney to review it before you sign it. Promotions are based on internal politics. Don't go here if you want to make more than $200K. Largely Incompetent management structure. Happy to be part of the 3-bureau Oligopoly and makes virtually no efforts past that. Tries to enter business verticals that they do not understand and compounds the problems by placing incompetent and inexperienced leaders in the roles to lead the organisation. Leadership comp is based on EBIT, sales people are paid on what delivers - a clash of interests. Consistently hires a higher than average percentage of lazy sales people who add no value to the company.

Pros

Good account management team. Nice/collaborative/friendly people to work with

Cons

horrible sales culture split between acquisition sales and expansion sales which leads to poaching and negative politics internally where VP levels are making under the table deals to recognize revenue from another team and pay back revenue in future months and quarters. This however will not even out for contributors
