Pros

Remote flexibility. My immediate supervisor was an incredible leader.

Cons

I worked at this company for over 5 years and, unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. While the position itself had the potential to be rewarding, the management style created a highly stressful and uncomfortable work environment. There was a noticeable lack of support from upper management, and feedback was often given in a demeaning or unconstructive manner.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for the years you dedicated to Experian. We’re glad to hear that remote flexibility and your immediate leader were positive aspects of your time with us. At the same time, we’re truly sorry to learn that broader management support and feedback did not meet your expectations. Creating an environment rooted in respect, support, and constructive dialogue is essential to our culture, and feedback like yours is taken seriously as we continue working to improve leadership practices across the organization.

Pros

You can work from home. That’s it

Cons

This place for sales people is just a job. It’s a paycheck. There is zero communication from department to department. The commission structure is the worst I’ve ever seen. Back to back terrible callers. Mostly sell Bristol west. You have a script you have to read. Verbatim. Or they mark your KPIS at zero. After 2 years almost I cannot believe I’m still here. They market to low income areas and I’m sure there’s a layoff coming soon. They are looking to hire as many Costa Rica employees and out side of the United States employees so they can save money. It’s the worst job I’ve ever had. So many agents are looking to LEAVE and applying at other jobs. There is zero good here but remote work.
