Pros

HR zoom site was great

Cons

Leadership lacking as they aren’t not inclusive of those not working in the Costa Mesa office. Does not recognize real talent and only recognize those that work in their corporate location. If you don’t work in California might as well not be a part of their team. Also, their pay is extremely low.

Pros

They had good benefits and pay.

Cons

I worked during the late pandemic 2020-2021 time frame, so for a job that gave you access to a lot of people's personal info it was probably not the best in a work from home environment. They also had ridiculous over time requirements. And to be honest, I learned I wasn't the best person for taking constant cold calls from customers who were mad about their identity or credit alerts.
