Changing to the best

Pros

For IT at least the company is changing to a more agile method of work. Good salaries for São Paulo's countryside and good benefits.

Cons

Still needs a lot to change to an agile company, but I believe it is getting there.

Pros

Decent salary Good vacation/PTO Open to remote employees

Cons

London based and not connected to US healthcare division; in short, upper management appears to be clueless about the industry our division is in . Large corporate structure that spends massive money on trying to be a good corporate citizen but ignores glaring issues in its system that make life miserable for the employees (bad travel agency based in London, antiquated home-grown expense reporting system that has many more steps than the outsourced system we used to have). Accountability regarding work completed is not the same across all areas. Management manages to the annual bonus and does not look long-term.
