Pros

Talented people. Reasonable benefits. Starting to see some initiatives for improving the company culture

Cons

Red tape madness. Lack of strategy. Leaders make uninformed decisions, and due to cash-strapped budgeting and massive under resourcing, those poor decisions cause a ricochet effect of chaos on the ground.

Pros

Lots of fabulous professional people, interesting and challenging projects with a splash of fun and laughter thrown in. Excellent working conditions, parking and pay.

Cons

You can end up so engrossed in projects your hours can be long. Sometimes its hard to move jobs internally which is important if you want to grow and stay fresh.
