Best Work Culture hands down. 401k. Bonuses and high pay

Cons

The promotions aren't as easy to come by as a start-up or state job would offer.

Pros

This is an awesome company to work in, great benefits, good compensation, culture and values are growing and improving. A lot of career growth opportunities since the company is growing fast. It's a long hiring process but it pays off...you can end up staying for a long time.

Cons

For me, the worse part of working here is the total lack of company guidelines and procedures. It's a lottery when you come to work here...because there are many different client needs and managers, you can get to be in a great team with a great manager or the total opposite. And it's hard to realize it at first because you don't have a way to compare (unless you ask around) and if you are unlucky enough to be in a bad situation...the escalation process doesn't help at all...I have noticed bad management goes high in the ladder and it's hard to get justice, so people just ends up moving to a different team/position/department or just leaving the company. Another downside to that diversity of structures is when it comes to job responsibilities/promotions....it varies A LOT from team to team, so it's really hard to understand what is considered doing a bad/good/great job and how who gets promoted is decided, because it depends a 100% on your manager and how things are done in that specific team. Different managers have different points of view about performance and there are no set company guidelines to stop managers from making bad (or just plain unfair/ biased) choices. You can hear countless stories about these kinds of situations and if you are unlucky enough, it WILL impact your career growth. On the same note, the company seems to lack global organization and policies due to the large amount of locations and lines of business; hope this improves soon, since I think the company has great potential.
