Pros

Expreian doesn't just talk to talk of diversity and inclusion - it is key to our success. Diversity in education, background, experiences, who you are and ways of thinking are the factors that lead the way in innovation. It is amazing to work for a company so committed to this amazing culture initiative.

Cons

Occasionally leaders and managers who are not aligned to our corporate culture stay around too long and really sour the great company that Experian is for those who report into that leader or manager.

Pros

People- the people at EDQ are amazing. We work as teams and really want to see everyone be successful. There is a lot of collaboration and camaraderie. The managers really care about their employees and want to see them be successful. Benefits- good PTO/ sick/ holiday time off. Nice little perk is that most people work remotely or take time off between Christmas and New Years too. Gives you some time to regroup for a bit. Employee events- external employee events have declined a bit but there are always internal events going on in the office and after work if you are able to attend.

Cons

Change (not always a bad thing) but seems pretty constant- reorgs, new leadership, lay offs, internal moves. Senior Leadership could do a better job at communicating the business strategy and vision.
