Pros

Leadership transparency has been key during good and hard times, flexible work policies which creates a great culture where you feel appreciated... Also very nice compensation package and other benefits. They have incredible one-time bonuses, from time to time, to help employees that correlates to specific situations... Like no other company in my work life. Innovation and lots of passion everywhere.

Cons

Late years, management decided to keep doing virtual end-year parties rather than face-to-face. It's a pity, I miss to see and have a small informal conversation with colleagues (I do full WFH).

Pros

- Self Allowance 1.5k myr - 20 AL + 5 Family Care Leave - Bonus 1 to 1.5 month depends on performance - Refreshment provided in pantry. - 15 min from public transport - No shift, 8.30 to 5.30 daily.

Cons

- Not flexible, assigned to HSA Room need to come office daily & KL has heavy traffic. - Hard to rotate leave when there is only 3 person in team, only 1 allowed to apply AL at a time. - You need to pay rm10 to visit clinic panel each time - No phone allowed in HSA or anything besides yourself and 1 water bottle. - A lot of portal is blocked in your laptop, you cant even use google search to look up on things you dont know or for learning purpose. - wont be good for your mental health in long term, you spent hours to commute + getting bash from internal and external (customer) daily. - If you plan to drive, the parking fee here is expensive. - they send external training once in 2-3 years.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience. We’re 100% focused on making Experian an exceptional place to work, which is reflected in our current high Experian Malaysia Glassdoor rating (from 200+ reviews, incl. 97% recommend to a friend rating). Our HSA (high security area) has strict restrictions on digital devices inline with the highest security protocols. We always welcome feedback in order to address any concerns a colleague might have, irrespective of how big or small they may be, and from current and former employees alike. I’d like to turn your 1 star experience into 5 stars. If you’re open to sharing more context I’d really welcome to opportunity to better understand your feedback - please reach out to me, Rosa Wang (HR Director)

Pros

Good benefits. Flexible schedule. Location. They provide work at home equipment.

Cons

Experian Health was a great business unit when I first became employed in Tier 2 Support. Previous leadership was kind, honest and respectful. No they're just mean- nice. In the last 10 years, its been a hard decline. Dishonesty from Sr Leadership. Severe micromanagement. NO communication. You have to get information second hand within the organization. No fair pay for roles. Employees doing the work if 3-4 individuals. Roles and expectations change with no conversations. This Leadership that's been in place for a couple is very untrustworthy. Positions are created and quitely handed to who leadership likes. No public posting of management positions. Impossible to get a score of a 4 or 5 for the end of the performance evaluation. Leadership does not help with career paths. Long time employees are fleeing the company. No true value and appreciation for employees. They will say they appreciate you but actions clearly do not reflect. No diversity in Health leadership at all. Only people if color ate lower level. Many individuals do not have any faith in trust in Senior Leadership from the President and everyone under him. I no longer feel I havey job security. Dont make any major life decisions like buying a home or car while working here. Can't be trusted. It would be great if the CEO Jennifer Schulz needs to have a non manager, open feedback town hall with Client Support employees. Otherwise things are never going to change.
