I just cannot begin to describe the misery of working for an area of the business that just doesn’t have effective management. I would love to have the aspirations, the career opportunities and the backing that a lot of these people evidently have, but I just do not recognise myself as working for the same company; to the extent that it regularly brings me to tears. Be better. Seriously, all you need to do is look at the way that some of these teams who get dragged around the organisation to suit political ambitions get treated in doing so - no leadership, no opportunity, no reward. I hate my job. I hate my job so much.
