As a newer team member in Experian, but older person in the workforce, I have experienced a range of work cultures. I couldn't be more pleased and sometimes I'm surprised by how friendly, accountable, respectful, and helpful the culture is here. Not just my team, but globally!
Cons
The product is super technical, so remote learning makes learning it a challenge, but the pandemic has added that dynamic for the most part.

Benefits are pretty good.
Paid Holidays
Pay is nice.
Fully Remote positions
Work hours are legitly flexible.
Cons
Workload is a bit to high for comfort.
Often times my mailbox is constanly full. Taking days off ironically can cause stress because you know your coming back to a ton of emails.
Experian Sales, so things come in faster than you can move.
