Hard to keep staff, which is not necessarily unusual for the industry. Higher pay may have attracted and kept higher quality staff.

Physical plant is beautiful with many amenities that make living and working there very pleasant

Cons

ESL Management has tunnel vision, also fast to hire and fast to fire. They say all the right things but fail to build true loyalty and trust. Curious as to why they cannot keep a steady management team.
