      You'll get to work as a contractor with IBM

      Cons

      1. No good salary 2. Increment after one year is less. Now my colleague who is a new joinee is not getting increment after one year, Experis people says you may get after one and half year, and they were saying there was no agreement that you'll get increment after one year. 3. If you call for your HR , mostly no response, only for mails you'll get reply.

      As far as I could see Experis IT is overall doing good,however late email replies or no email replies sometimes delays concerns for employees.
