. Patric is the program manager of bangalore who will not keep up his words, will not provide incentives and money. . No proper human Resources though they have a HR who is good for nothing. will never respond to anyone or anything. . They will not provide you any incentives as promised. Incentives will be delayed for 6-8 months, over a year . Sometimes they will not pay you even that. You will have to fight for your incentive which is not professional. . No hike or increments will be provided. . They will only want you to perform and get placements, in return they will not give you anything. . No respect towards good performer. . Management makes so much money but fails to provide incentives for employees. . No transparency in the management.
