1. They recruited for an MNC, but the mnc is not having any project. Considering profitability and relationship with client, they fired without any salary 2. They value clients, but not employees. 3. No salary, no job security 4. They say a lot about trust and ethics if we reject their offer with a counter offer, but they don't show these qualities to employees 5. No professinalism

Pros

Good work culture. The work timings is excellent with option to continue work from home after 5pm daily. Good interaction with in the team updating details in agile meetings.

Cons

The client team is not helpful in clearly stating the tasks that needs to be performed. Hence, the rapid application development is always at stake. Some of the micro services which are in use, still use old java technology, creating problem in implementing new updates. Once, you leave the job, the final salary settlement will be delayed by 3 months. Placing the candidate with new client once the contract term is completed, is absolutely not given importance.
