This company is just there for freshers especially to gain the experience in starting and switch as soon as the bond(1.5 years) completes as it gives you the opportunity to work in very big companies like IBM but on contractual basis. So, below are some Pros: 1. Good for freshers to work in an MNC because they have tie-ups with big brands like IBM. And sometimes, these brands absorbs you directly into their companies i.e. they make you permanent if your performance is good. But this usually happens in Bengaluru location and very rarely at other Indian locations. 2. After recruiting, they follow a programme of "Hire and Train" rather than " Train and Hire" which is good because they provide the training free of cost including accommodation and other necessities at Bengaluru location.

Cons

1. They hired me as Software Developer but made me to join as a Software Tester. They took so much time to call me for the joining and whenever they called me, they asked me to join as a Software Tester saying that currently there was requirement for Tester only in IBM. If I don't want to join now then I'll have to wait again(the wait was used to be around 3 months after every call). I denied 3 times saying to them that I want to join as Software Developer only but as time was getting wasted, I agreed on 4th time to join as a Software Tester. 2. Salary is very very less. And if you get the deployment location other than your hometown then it becomes very difficult to survive in another city with that much low salary. 3. When you are working in another company like I am working in IBM, it becomes very difficult to contact them for things related to Expense reimbursement and all. They doesn't respond properly. 4. They take 1 Lac Rupees check from you in case you leave before the bond period completes. However, it is returned once you complete the bond.
