Pros

I don't know whether these are pros -If you are lucky you might get a good role i.e developer just like I got -Placed in reputed company

Cons

I don't know if this list is gonna end -Very very less salary,they say something and give something -You might end up getting roles which are not useful i.e in support, just like my friends got -No choice in choosing location -Bond of 1.5 year -No proper training
