Still working on becoming a great company.

Pros

Lots of opportunities for salespeople and recruiters. You can make a lot of money if you are willing to work hard and patiently grow your client or consultant base.

Cons

Training program is intended for employees with similar experience and a history of success. Not a full-scale training program for those that are new to the industry. However, this may be changing soon.

Pros

Timely pay. Salary is Ok.

Cons

Its like they don't even know you as soon as you are placed at a client. They send emails when an extension has been processed, that's about it. Health Insurance premiums are too high compared to other companies. Employee care/support is terrible, looks like they hate their job. Not sure how their marketing/placements are. Worked only for one of their clients
