      Location/commute and compensation was nice for me based on where I live

      Training, leadership, culture. No formal training was provided. The associates were rude.

      Pros

      Loved the people I worked with. The sales and recruiting team was awesome.

      Cons

      Commissions are a disgrace and change based off of 4 placements a month. If you make the number, you get full commissions, if not then its only a percentage. That is legal stealing which should be illegal.

      Promised benefits that are very expensive to the employee or never provided. Management care and interesting how much can earn from a business but do not care about their consultants
