Pros

I have worked at Experis (formerly Jefferson Wells) since 2001. It has been a good place to work for a long time until recently. The strength here is easily the people. I have been fortunate to have a great bunch of co-workers.

Cons

I have seen several reorganizations here over the years and though occasionally painful you could see the reasoning and the eventual positive results. The senior leadership change over the last year has been an exception. It has cost the company a scary amount of turnover - at the senior levels. I have lost count of all the senior, long time sales folks who have left. There has also been a high amount of Managing Directors and Practice Directors who have left as well. Some due to attrition and some due to targeted lay offs. I am starting to feel like the last rat on a sinking ship..
