Pros

I have had a good experience with Experis. Being recruited for a position, onboarding and working as a consultant at a large company. Experis has benefits and even sick day pay and 401k. The place I work is not bad, friendly people, but hard work.

Cons

Being a contract employee versus full time has its good and bad. Full time people get lots of extra benefits and time off, but at a cost of more committed time. I do not hear much from Experis other than the automated web sites, but so far, that's beeen good.
